Yellow Box Corporation ("Yellow Box," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, the choices you have, and how to contact us, including in connection with our SMS/text messaging program. This policy applies to our retail website at www.yellowboxshoes.com and any other websites, apps, or services that link to it, as well as our related direct-to-consumer marketing by email and SMS/text message.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to Yellow Box Corporation's wholesale/B2B operations, which are separate from the retail website and governed by separate agreements. It also does not apply to other websites we may link to, or to information collected when our products are purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces. Unless otherwise specified, personal information collected through those other channels is not provided to Yellow Box, and we have no control over how those third parties use the information they collect.

By accessing or using our website, our SMS/text messaging program, and/or by contacting us and providing any personal information, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; see "Changes to This Policy" below.

  • Information you provide: name, email address, mailing address, phone number, payment information, and any other details you submit through our site, at checkout, in sign-up forms, by contacting customer support, or by entering a contest, sweepstakes, or giveaway (including through our social media channels).

  • SMS/text message opt-in information: your phone number and your consent status (opted in or opted out) when you sign up for text messages from Yellow Box.

Third-party data sharing. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy (see "How We Share Information" below) exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide you with the messaging service you signed up for.

We share personal information only as needed to run our business and deliver the services you've requested. The categories of recipients include:

  • Service providers — companies that help us operate, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, our email/SMS messaging platform, website hosting, analytics, and customer support tools.

Our website, SMS/text messaging program, and related services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13, or under the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction where they reside (collectively, the "Minimum Age"). We ship to a limited number of customers outside the United States. If you are visiting or ordering from our website from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers and service providers are located.
