Yellow Box accepts exchanges for U.S. orders depending on inventory availability. We may not be able to accommodate exchange requests for high-demand products. 

Please contact our customer service team to request an exchange, provided it meets all the exchange requirements below:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your original order
  • Exchange requests are only authorized for different sizes or colors of the original style(s)
  • Item(s) cannot be exchanged for other products
  • Only a one-time exchange request permitted per order
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange

    Cancelling Orders

    • Unfortunately our system does not allow any cancellations to be made once an order has been placed.
    • If you need to make any changes to your order, please email Customer Service within 24 hours of your purchase with your order number. If you are calling outside our normal business hours between 8:00AM – 5:00PM PST, please email Customer Service at info@yellowboxshoes.com with your name, order number, and the changes you’d like to make. We will do our best to accommodate you before your order is shipped.
