Returns

Not happy with your purchase? We got you!


Simply return your item(s) within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund.

 

  • We can only accept returns for items purchased from yellowboxshoes.com.
  • We cannot accept returns of Yellow Box shoes purchased from physical stores and other websites.
  • Clearance/Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned.
  • Original and return shipping charges cannot not be refunded.
  • All return items must be unworn and in new condition with all original packaging. Do not attach shipping labels directly to the shoe boxes.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns with 3 or more items.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged for unauthorized returns without a RMA number and also for items that shows visible signs of being worn. Please request a valid RMA number from customer service or from our online returns portal.
  • ****All returns without a RMA number will not be accepted by our warehouse.

Returns Process

 

  • Create your RMA request on our online returns portal.
  • All returns without a RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Return your items using our pre-paid shipping label or with a method of your choice. A pre-paid label fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use it.
  • Drop off the return package at your designated carrier and leave the rest to us.

Exchanges
