RMA (return merchandise authorization)

Not happy with your shoes? Not a problem! See below for answers to all your return questions.

All returns are subject to the conditions below:

  • All returns must be processed with an approved RMA number (start here)
    • Returns without an approved RMA number will denied
  • No returns or exchanges on final sale items
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, not altered or washed and with all original packaging
    • Any items showing signs of dirt or wear-and-tear will be denied, returned to the customer, and a refund will not be processed
  • We cannot accept returns for Yellow Box merchandise purchased from department stores, specialty stores, other websites, or elsewhere
  • A restocking fee of $15 will be charged for returns with 4 or more items
  • Yellow Box monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

Return/Exchange from Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO

We do not offer exchanges at this time

Shipment for all return request from Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO will be at the expense and responsibility of the customer.

Free Returns Within 7 Days

Yellow Box offers free returns within 7 business days of your delivery date (the date the shipping carrier drops the package at your shipping address) you have to postmarked the return within this time frame. You can initiate the return process by requesting an RMA number through our online returns form

Then simply print, package, and drop off your return at any FedEx location. Easy peasy!  (NOTE: When returning do not use the shoe box as your shipping box.Fees may apply)

Returns Within 30 Days

We are also happy to accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date with a provided return label for a flat rate of $7.95. Once your RMA request is processed we will send you a pre-paid FedEx shipping label for your return package. After we’ve received your return we will deduct $7.95 from your refund. Please initiate your return through our online returns form, here

If you prefer to use your own shipping service we recommend shipping with insurance and tracking. We cannot be liable for any lost or damaged packages returned with a shipping carrier of your choosing. Please first request an RMA number prior to sending us your return. We will not accept any returns without an approved RMA number. You can request an RMA here.

Exchanges

Yellow Box accepts exchanges for U.S. orders depending on inventory availability. We may not be able to accommodate exchange requests for high-demand products.

You can initiate the exchange through our Return Portal here and make sure you meets all the exchange requirements below:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your original order
  • Exchange requests are only authorized for different sizes or colors of the original style(s)
  • Item(s) cannot be exchanged for other products
  • Only a one-time exchange request permitted per order
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange
  • Should you decide to return your exchanged items, a return label fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund
International Return

You may return your item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) within 30 days of receiving your order provided it is in new, unworn condition, and with original packaging. Shipment of international returns will be at the expense and responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend shipping with insurance and tracking services. Yellow Box cannot be liable for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
