All returns are subject to the conditions below:
Yellow Box offers free returns within 7 business days of your delivery date (the date the shipping carrier drops the package at your shipping address) you have to postmarked the return within this time frame. You can initiate the return process by requesting an RMA number through our online returns form. Our customer service team will process your RMA request and email you a prepaid FedEx return shipping label. Then simply print, package, and drop off your return at any FedEx location. Easy peasy! (NOTE: When returning do not use the shoe box as your shipping box.Fees may apply)
We are also happy to accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date with a provided return label for a flat rate of $7.95. Once your RMA request is processed we will send you a pre-paid FedEx shipping label for your return package. After we’ve received your return we will deduct $7.95 from your refund. Please initiate your return through our online returns form, here.
If you prefer to use your own shipping service we recommend shipping with insurance and tracking. We cannot be liable for any lost or damaged packages returned with a shipping carrier of your choosing. Please first request an RMA number prior to sending us your return. We will not accept any returns without an approved RMA number. You can request an RMA here.

Yellow Box accepts exchanges for U.S. orders depending on inventory availability. We may not be able to accommodate exchange requests for high-demand products.
Please contact our customer service team to request an exchange, provided it meets all the exchange requirements below:
Once an exchange is authorized by our customer service team, we will provide a pre-paid Fedex label for you to return your original item(s). Please print the label, package the shipment in it’s original packaging, and drop it off at your nearest Fedex location. After we receive the return, inspect the item, and approve the exchange, your new item will be shipped at no cost to you.

For quick and easy returns, drop off your shoes at the nearest FedEx location or authorized retailer near you. FedEx has partnered with several stores across the country to make dropping packages off as convenient as possible.
