Simply return your item(s) within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund.
- We can only accept returns for items purchased from yellowboxshoes.com.
- We cannot accept returns of Yellow Box shoes purchased from physical stores and other websites.
- Clearance/Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned.
- Original and return shipping charges cannot not be refunded.
- All return items must be unworn and in new condition with all original packaging. Do not attach shipping labels directly to the shoe boxes.
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns with 3 or more items.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for unauthorized returns without a RMA number and also for items that shows visible signs of being worn. Please request a valid RMA number from customer service or from our online returns portal.
- ****All returns without a RMA number will not be accepted by our warehouse.
- Create your RMA request on our online returns portal.
- All returns without a RMA number will not be accepted.
- Return your items using our pre-paid shipping label or with a method of your choice. A pre-paid label fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use it.
- Drop off the return package at your designated carrier and leave the rest to us.
