RETURN POLICY

Free Return Shipping Within 7 Days

Yellow Box offers free return shipping within 7 days of your delivery date (the date your package is dropped off at your address), for U.S. orders within the contiguous 48 states.

Returns Within 30 Days

Yellow Box gladly accepts returns within 30 days of your delivery date (the date your package is dropped off at your address).

Submit your return request following our online Returns & Exchanges form. Select to drop off your package at FedEx for a flat fee of $7.95. The fee will be deducted from your refund total. Read more about FedEx return shipping here.

If you select to ship at your own expense, we strongly recommend shipping with insurance and tracking. Yellow Box cannot be liable for any lost or damaged packages returned with a shipping carrier of your choosing.

Return Conditions
  • Items returned must be in new condition, unworn, including all original packaging, and without damage.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returned items showing signs of dirt or wear-and-tear will be denied, shipped back to the customer, and a refund or exchange will not be processed.
  • We cannot accept returns for Yellow Box merchandise purchased from any third-party vendors, department stores, specialty stores, online retailers, or otherwise. Items must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the retailer.
  • Returns sent back without the original shoe box, without a protective shipping box, or with excessive damage to the packaging may incur a $5 restocking fee.
  • Returns with 4 or more items may incur a $15 restocking fee.

Yellow Box guarantees against manufacturer's defects within a reasonable period of time from purchase. Normal wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel your item is defective and it was purchased from this website, follow our online Returns & Exchanges form to submit your claim for review, providing a photo and description of the issue.

Yellow Box may monitor account activity for abuse and reserves the right to refuse orders, assess fees, and/or close customer accounts. Yellow Box reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not comply with the above stated return policy and conditions. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without a refund.

Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Freely Associated States, APO/FPO/DPO

Shipping returns from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, all US territories, military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses will be at the expense and responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend shipping with insurance and tracking. Yellow Box cannot be liable for any lost or damaged packages returned with a shipping carrier of your choosing.

We do not offer exchanges to these destinations at this time.

International Returns

Yellow Box gladly accepts all international returns within 30 days of your delivery date. All return conditions apply to international orders (see above). If returned items show signs of dirt or wear-and-tear the item will be disposed of and a refund will not be processed.

International return shipping will be at the expense and responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend shipping with insurance and tracking services. Yellow Box cannot be liable for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
International orders are not eligible for exchange.

FedEx Return Shipping

We partner with FedEx to provide you with convenient and reliable shipping.

Submit your Returns & Exchanges request and select FedEx as your return method. You will be provided a return shipping label via email. Simply print your label, package your return, and take your shipment to any FedEx drop-off location. Select from thousands of convenient FedEx drop-off locations, including any participating Walgreens, Dollar General, and grocery locations nationwide.

No printer? Not a problem. After submitting your return request you will receive an email with a FedEx issued QR code. Head to any FedEx Office or participating Walgreens location and show your QR code at the counter to have your shipping label printed for you.

REFUNDS

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving of a return shipment, subject to compliance with our Return Policy. It may take additional days for your financial institution to process the refund transaction and post to your account.

You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed. To prevent a delay in refund, returns must be shipped back within 7 days the return label is issued.

Refund Conditions
  • Refunds are only issued to the original method of payment.
  • Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • If a return shipping fee is incurred it will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • If any restocking fees are incurred, subject to the Return Policy above, the fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
