You can login to your account page here or by clicking the user icon at the top right corner of the site.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
We currently collect sales tax for orders shipped to the following states:
Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, West Virginia, Washington, Vermont, South Dakota, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Dakota, New York, New Mexico, New Jersey, Nebraska, Mississippi, Minnesota, Hawaii, Connecticut, Arkansas, Michigan, Wisconsin, South Carolina, Arizona, Maryland, North Carolina, Louisiana, Kentucky, Indiana.
Sales tax is assessed on all taxable items shipped to those states. If you are a resident of another state, you may owe tax on your purchase and are responsible for reporting and paying those taxes to your state's taxing authority. Your sales tax is estimated at checkout, based on the information you provided and your items purchased. This amount may change slightly once our system finalizes your order. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal and all of the following major credit cards:

- Discover
We also offer AfterPay which are installment payment plan options. For more info please see here.
Can I use more than one coupon code at checkout?
You can only use one coupon code at checkout per purchase. Discount offers apply only to merchandise and does not include shipping. Coupon codes are not applicable at any third-party retailers.
Can I return clearance/final sale items?
Final sale and clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Unfortunately our system does not allow any cancellations to be made once an order has been placed.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of your purchase at info@yellowboxshoes.com with your name, order number, and the changes you’d like to make. We will do our best to accommodate you before your order is shipped.
Be advised that changing your order may impact any discounts or promotions that were active at the time of purchase.
Which size shoe should I order?
We recommend checking the size guide below our product pages and ordering your usual size. Yellow Box shoes are designed to accommodate standard, medium-width sizes. Individual designs and manufacturing may occasionally result in some variations. We do our best to identify and note any particular fit discrepancies in the product details whenever possible.
Can I return shoes purchased at physical locations and other online retailers?
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products purchased outside of yellowboxshoes.com. Your product is subject to the terms and policies of the original place of purchase.
Can you send replacement parts for my shoes?
With the ever-changing nature of our catalogue, we generally do not maintain a ready supply of spare parts for our products. However, we’d be happy to see if we can accommodate you. Please contact Customer Service at info@yellowboxshoes.com with photos of your shoes, the style name, order number, and the original date of purchase in order to improve the odds of us finding the right parts. We apologize ahead of time if we are unable to locate any specific parts for your product.
Is [Store Name] also an official Yellow Box store?
Yellow Box currently has one official retail channel, yellowboxshoes.com. We are the only entity licensed to directly represent as Yellow Box. Yellow Box retail affiliates are authorized to sell Yellow Box products but do not directly represent a part of the Yellow Box brand.

SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping
Yellow Box offers free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States for all orders over $85 (after discount if any). If your order is received after 12:00PM PST it will be shipped out the next business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or on nationally observed U.S. holidays.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders made after 12:00PM PST will be processed on the next business day.

* Two Day and Overnight orders must be submitted by 1:00 PM PST. If the order is placed before 1:00 PST then you can use the chart above to see when it will arrive. If the order is placed after 1:00 PST then add one additional day. We do not ship on holidays such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

PO Boxes
At this time we do not ship to PO Boxes. Your order requires a US shipping address.
Orders over $200
For added security, we require signatures upon delivery for domestic orders over $200 via Fedex Ground. Yellow Box is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For more information about your order, please contact us at info@yellowboxshoes.com.
Order Status
Tracking information will be available once your order has left our distribution center. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has successfully shipped. Please note that it could take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to become available.
Failed Deliveries or Return Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts via your carrier, Yellow Box cannot be responsible for the cost of reshipping your order back to you.
Lost and Stolen Packages
We have partnered with Route Shipping Insurance to provide easy and affordable shipping insurance for all orders made directly on yellowboxshoes.com
- Orders $100 and under can be insured for as little as $0.98
- Orders over $100 can be insured for 1% of the total order cost
To be insured you must add Route Shipping Insurance to your order at checkout to protect your package from loss, damage, or theft.
You can file claims directly with Route by following the instructions in their follow-up email (which you will receive after you've made your order) or online via Route's File A Claim form.

Please always make sure your shipments will be delivered to a secure address. Without the purchase of Route shipping insurance Yellow Box is not responsible for and cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Route insurance charges is non-refundable
Fraud Prevention
Yellow Box takes every precaution to keep your data secure. Orders placed with a shipping address that does not match the billing address may be subject to verification prior to processing.

Order Processing
Please allow 3-5 working days to process your international order before it is handed to our carrier. Our customer service department may contact you for further verification if necessary.
Shipping Cost & delivery
The cost of delivery will be calculated upon check-out according to your shipping address.
Once your order has been processed by our warehouse and collected by FedEx, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link. Your order will be shipped from Chino, California and will require a signature upon delivery. To track your order, click here.
Taxes, Customs, Import Duty Fees
If you are located outside of the United States you will become the importer and may be liable to pay local sales taxes. You will assume all liability under any customs or import laws and/or taxation regulations in connection with your order.
Once your package is received at your nearest FedEx distribution center, you will be contacted by FedEx to complete the shipment upon collection of any required tax and duty fees.
Currency
All prices displayed on our website, including shipping, are in US Dollars. All international orders will be processed in US Dollars.
Return & Exchanges
You may return your item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) within 30 days of receiving your order provided it is in new, unworn condition, and with original packaging. Shipment of international returns will be at the expense and responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend shipping with insurance and tracking services. Yellow Box cannot be liable for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
Please initiate the return process by requesting an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from our customer service team or via our online returns portal.
All international returns are subject to the conditions below:
- Returns must be processed with an approved RMA number (start here)
- We do not offer exchanges for international orders at this time
- No returns or exchanges on final sale items
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Items must be in new, unworn condition, and with all original packaging
- We cannot accept returns for Yellow Box merchandise purchased from department stores, specialty stores, other websites, or elsewhere

CALIFORNIA PROP 65
California Proposition 65
Proposition 65, also known as the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is only applicable to companies which operate in California, sell products in California, or manufacture products to be sold in California. Proposition 65 requires notice to be provided on products that may contain any of the 900-plus elements considered harmful by the California Air Resources Board. Many of these elements are used in everyday consumer products and have been used for decades without documented harm.
Yellow Box performs testing on our products and we believe our shoes are safe for their intended use (please don't eat your shoes!). However, for extra precaution, we have decided to include California's Proposition 65 warning on our website:
