Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Yellow Box Shoes Online offers free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States for all orders over $75. If your order is received after 12:00pm PST, it will ship the next business day. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or nationally observed US holidays. 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Order Cutoff time is 12PM PST any orders that placed after the cutoff time will be process the next business day.

International Orders

International shipping is currently not available. If you have any questions, please contact us via email at info@yellowboxshoes.com.

Orders over $200

To ensure the safety of large orders, we require a signature upon delivery for domestic orders over $200. We sill ship with Fedex Ground. Yellow Box is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For more information about your order, please contact us at info@yellowboxshoes.com

Shipping Status

Tracking information will not be available until the order has left our distribution center. Once the order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be available.

Failed Deliveries and Return Packages

If we are unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address or multiple failed attempts to reach out, and the package is rerouted back to us, Yellow Box Shoes cannot be responsible for the re-shipment costs.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Yellow Box Shoes cannot be responsible for lost of stolen packages.

Fraud Prevention

We take every precaution to secure your data. Any order placed with a shipping address that does not match the billing address is subject to verification prior to processing your order.
