Extended Holiday Return Window

All orders placed between November 1st, 2025 through December 31st, 2025 are eligible for return through January 31st, 2026.
Return requests must be submitted to our online Returns form on or before January 31st, 2026. All requests are subject to regular Return Conditions and Exchange Conditions. Please see our policy page for further information.

Final sale items are not eligible for return. Final sale items are found in the Final Sale category or will be marked “final sale” during a promotion on Sale & Final Sale category items.

The extended holiday returns policy may also exclude certain promotions. Promotions ineligible for our extended holiday returns policy will be noted on the promotion details page. All qualifying items ordered during said promotion with an applied discount will not be eligible for returns beyond our standard returns policy.
