Great customer service!

I bought two pairs of sandals and both pair started coming apart from the sole. They were final sale so no refunds. I wrote an email to customer service and they got back to me even though it was a weekend.
They offered to send me a one time replacement for both pair! I am very happy with Yellow Box.
