A Company that Cares About the Customers

I’m a first-time customer and bought two pairs of shoes recently. Because I was in a life transition, I did not receive the boxes as soon as they arrived. When I finally got the shoes and tried them on, they were too big and I had missed the opportunity for returning the shoes.

Hesitantly, I called Yellow Box and the nicest customer service person allowed me to return the shoes for the correct size even though the date of return had expired! Now, that’s the best Customer Service ever! I will be ordering more shoes because my new shoes are the right size, and they are so cute! Thank you Yellow Box, J Alex.
