California Proposition 65
Proposition 65, also known as the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is only applicable to companies which operate in California,
sell products in California, or manufacture products to be sold in California. Proposition 65 requires notice to be provided on products that may contain any of the 900-plus
elements considered harmful by the California Air Resources Board. Many of these elements are used in everyday consumer products and have been used for decades without documented harm.
Yellow Box performs testing on our products and we believe our shoes are safe for their intended use (please don't eat your shoes!).
